What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. We keep MOQs flexible for new partners and offer volume tiers as the relationship grows — tell us what you have in mind and we'll propose the best option.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
Air freight from Dubai or Hong Kong for speed, sea freight for volume, and courier for samples. Transit times depend on the destination; your quote will include options and estimated lead times.
Are the products genuine and covered by warranty?
Yes. We supply original, factory-sealed goods sourced through manufacturers and authorised distribution channels, and confirm regional variant and warranty terms before you order.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer against pro-forma invoice is standard. Other arrangements can be discussed for established partners.
